Our Training Modules
Fundamentals and General Setup: Ideal if you're just getting started or feel your current library is disorganized. We cover everything from the basic interface to creating standard products that work flawlessly in the shop.
Advanced Formulas and Parameters: Don't limit yourself to the defaults. Learn to create smart products that automatically adapt to different dimensions, using variables, user parameters, and programming logic in Mozaik.
CNC Optimization (G-Code): The critical bridge between design and manufacturing. We review your tooling strategies, cut-code generation, and how to properly configure the Optimizer to reduce material waste.
Specialty Part Design (Finger Pulls and Profiles): Learn to program complex technical details like integrated finger pulls in solid wood or MDF, setting up the router passes needed for a professional finish.
Manufacturing Review (Pre-Flight): Have a big project and don't want to waste material? Together we analyze your drawings, cut lists, and labels before you press 'Start' on the CNC.
Documentation and Drawing Notes: Improve communication with your assemblers or clients. We set up your assembly PDFs and technical notes so every part clearly shows where it goes.
How It Works
1. 1- or 2-Hour Sessions: Time focused exclusively on answering your questions. No filler, straight to the point.
2. Session Recording: You'll receive the video of our tutoring session so you can review the technical steps whenever you need.
3. Real Technical Support: As an independent tutor, I understand the real problems of a working shop. We don't just cover theory; we solve real cutting problems.
